More-Landry Equity Capital currently has interest in over 2135 units in Houston, San Antonio, and Cincinnati Ohio areas valued at over $265MM. The Landry's values real estate education to the highest degree through masterminds in the Brad Sumrok Apartment Investing Mastery, Hunter Thompson's RaiseMaster's program, and Lee Arnold System of Real Estate.

Melvin holds numerous degrees in Business Administration and Agricultural Economics from multiple institutions. Melvin is an independent supply chain/procurement consultant focusing on negotiations of indirect corporate services for numerous clients and is a college professor of entrepreneurship at Duquesne University. Jacqueline holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She is recently retired from corporate America and supports multifamily investing full time and is a local realtor in Pittsburgh, PA. They are married and have one son (Melvin III).
